If you shop via phone or virtual appointment we offer a fully secure online payment method. We will send you a secure link that will take you directly to a payment page where you are able to enter your details and make payment. 

WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO TRANSFER MONEY INTO ANY BANK ACCOUNT, OR ASK YOU FOR YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS OVER THE PHONE OR BY EMAIL.

We only supply proforma invoices in exceptional circumstances and at the request of the client and therefore issuing proforma invoices is not our normal procedure. Please do contact us for verification, should you be supplied with one which you have not requested.

We take care to ensure that your online order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid.

All credit, debit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and in addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, we will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services).

Although our showrooms are currently closed, when in-store shopping does resume, debit and credit card payments within our store environments are taken via secure payment terminals, and of course we also offer a range of financing options that you can choose from.
